Loews Chicago Hotel and Apartments is a luxury hotel and mixed-use facility located at 455 North Park Drive in Chicago, Illinois. It has 400 hotel rooms, 398 rental apartments, assorted ballrooms, bars, restaurant, and parking. We worked with the construction team to build the hotel in 2013 and continue to work with the facilities department to maintain the Building Automation System.
